ISR works with youth and young adults to achieve leadership certification credentials that help them answer the following questions:

 

• How do I develop the leadership capacity to become an influencer in my community?

• How do I use my leadership capacity to make an impact in the organizations in which I serve?

• How do I leverage my leadership capabilities to build relationships and connections with others?

• What are my leadership strengths, and how do I utilize them to become a change-maker in my community?

We do this by offering youth and young adult leadership certification programs designed to give participants the knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead in any organized setting and through the following modalities that include, but are not limited to:

• Experience-Acquisition focused on self-exploration and discovery.

• Humanity of Leadership Framework foundation setting.

• Leadership portfolio development.

• Engage with top youth and young adult community and national leaders.

• Mentorship.
